Some really weird shyt happened in the gym this morning...

I can't run. shytty achilles. Bad knee. All fukked up, compliments of the United States Marine Corp :heh:

So instead of treadmill, I use the elliptical sometimes. Theres like 15 of these machines. I'm on one end and this woman is on the other end with no one between us. About 10 minutes, she gets in the machine directly to the left of me and starts smiling. :skip: I smile back and next thing you know, we're having a full conversation. We finished the workout. I got her number and we make plans to meet up and see Ant-Man later tonight.

She wasn't all that cute. Very homely look to her. Body was on point. Petite. Slim waist. She had them tight workout cheeks, which I absolutely love. :banderas:

2. It blows my mind how many people on treadmills hold on to the bar, especially when they go incline.

we all have our own goals why am i following your routines and talking so much about nothing in between sets. i especially don’t like getting deeply lectured about gym science while in the gym it feels corny idk im bigger than you. no disrespect i just feel obligated to not be a dikk to regulars

i move quick im not trying to be tied down to anyone’s time there but my own

Yeah I’ve always hated working out with others.

In theory that shyt seems cool but the reality is, working out with someone slows me down and kills my rhythm because I have a certain pacing that I move by.

Plus I’m not trying deviate from my routine.

I do what I do, because it works. I’m not switching up just because….

Yeah I prefer it actually but I fw the people at my gym hard. Even on my off days I'll go up there on my lunch break to chop it up w/ the staff and whoever is lifting.

And it's pretty easy to tell the days that people aint really w/ it. Like when I pull up w/ my headphones they know I'm keeping to myself that day, to leave me alone and let me work on whatever I'm trying to focus on. Pretty much everybody there is training specifically for a meet or a show so it's a more dedicated crowd than your average gym.
