What are the x-rays and MRI saying? cause that doesn't sound like a thing to "manage"...........:lupe:
I got an X-ray done on it back in like july and they said no structural damage. Just inflammation. Here’s comments from the time



X-ray done and I’m clear. No tears strains etc

Specialist said I gotta stop squats and lunges :sadcam:
He seemed like he was just anti squat in general. Didn’t give a time table. Said there’s other ways to work out my legs

I got prescribed a mild anti inflammatory so I’ll take it for a month and see how I feel

I’m thinking of switching over starting tonight .
I do a split.....

Day 1: Upper
Day2:Lower
Day3: rest
Day 4: rest
Day 5: upper
Day 6: lower
Day 7: rest

But still compound exercises. Still heavy weight. Just more of an emphasis on rest,

I also "try" to stretch on off days for 10-15 minutes.
