After 25 mins I stopped playing and did another leg workout . Came to the realization that I’m not gonna get fat no matter what I do if I start bulking
Squatted again but this time I remembered to do heavy walkouts of 10-25% heavier weight than my 1rep max to get over the mental block
So you just walk it out and back in a few times without doing a squat just to feel comfortable?
