So what do you recommend I do to address some. of the issues?
Cause load wise my legs ain't getting sore and feel like there is a bunch more runway before I would stall (that squatting every session is empowering for real ), but the upper body doesn't feel up to supporting the load.
I already gave you the recommendation: keep squatting.

Nu dudes outchea squatting at/below bodyweight for reps. Wait till you start seeing like 5x5x315 and shyt with 5-6 warm-up sets and then tell me what's up.
It was around this weight (2 plates) that I hurt my back years ago and took me out the Iron Game for a long time. Over time I learned there was more reasons why I tweaked the back (tight muscles everywhere, neglecting any sort of mobility work and all that good stuff, leading to a wound up mid section). But the shyt has me petrified.... cause I don't wanna be taken out like that again.... years of gainz were lost in those hollow years.....so I'm really in my head about it, I get it, I got's to chill and ride out....

All that shyt you said don't mean anything either. I leave my muscles tight, don't do mobi work, and stay wound up year-round. If that doesn't work for you figure out what does and keep it moving.

This is why I get to the gym early and always wipe everything down.Dude came into the gym smelling like he didn’t wipe the scent was so strong I could smell him 30 ft away. And I know it was him because I went in there and it was dead with no bad smells, then 45 min later he comes in and hops on the elliptical agitating that funk
