My quads ain’t even sore nor do I feel fatigued

These are all just hollow goals til I figure out what I actually wanna do

On a less pressing note now that
Gonna focus on concentric part of the squat using the safety pins (forgot the name for it) as it appears to be a mental block that’s keeping me from upping my numbers
