When puberty hit one leg was growing and the ither wasnt keeping up. 4cm difference between the left and right. Had corrective surgery and cause I was poor couldnt rehab that well and playing football afterwards was dumb as fukk. I needed 2 seasons to recover. So I hurt my meniscus training to play for college. Then as the years went on more wear and tear and thus my back gave out while doing zercher squats one day. That was the L3 and L4. Pinched Femoral nerve came from the surgery and acts up when I stand longer than 10 mins. So most of the time in the gym Im literally sitting because I have to. But you bet ya sweet ass I SQUAT and I SQUAT often.
