This is only for 3 months....then I do it every 3rd weekend carb load.

There's an etc???Naw man I gave up on cardio outside of squats and deadlifts. My body cant take that type of conditioning no more. I got arthritic hips, knees and lower back with bulging discs etc.
I never ran with a parachute cause lineman dont really need speed. Just explosion and endurance. So hills and gassers was my thing.
