What's your OHP now? I got 225 I think another poster said the sameFigured out the issue with deadlift and squat pain. My L3 and L4 are just achy and stiff. So today before I deadlifted and afterwards I did Reverse Hyperextensions 4 sets of 12 to 20 reps. The decompression I felt was amazing.
