I hated it...made me feel like a piece of meat.
I remember we had bench press off at work right after my heavy chest sesh that was 5 hrs before hand. Still through up 275 that day 5x10. Then ended it with 30 reps of 225.

Ya know....I miss iron and wish I could have my own gym....le sigh.

I gotta gym...just was saying. I wanna build my.own personal gym and get it in. Nice place where I can paint and squat. Clang N Bang with some hardcore Classical music blarring on the speakers and getting the smell of iron on me.

250 is my max but I was doing 5x5 with 215 before i tweaked it. I’m not sure what from I just woke up one day and noticed it was sharp pain in my left shoulder

You follow The Whey..:blessed:... ....... probably slept on it wrong and got a strain. Lacrosse ball that bad boy and continue on the Path... :praise:

do the gym brehs have any anecdotal success with working calves? im just working them seriously for the first time. i can surprisingly already see a difference. how did it work for y’all?

people make it seem like they have no hope lol

Naw my form is good. I dont get soreness in my lower back til I geaux heavy heavy. Today I had 285 for 3 singles. During the lift I felt fine. I only felt discomfort after the set was over. I just took it as my L3 and L4 was being hoes. Just getting back after 2 yr layoff with injuries.

I do Good Mornings and RDLs for accesory for my Deadlift...now core work I do the ab wheel 4 sets of 25.

Im doing conventional DL with overhand grip.
Could still be your form:
  • Make sure you are taking slack out of the bar:
  • Make sure your are pushing through the floor with your feet

If you are doing these for reps at any point that might be part of it.

Thanks Pat. What's crazy is all I was doing was walking my daughter upstairs for bed. Took about three steps and I heard it.
Dam sorry to hear that breh. At least it’s not a full tear. I had some Achilles tendinitis early 2022 and that was a pain. That ain’t shut compared to what you’re going through tho.
