I was doing chest today. Last rep, last set, I was channeling CT, commanding my body to put that weight up. Aint shyt happen though, cause it just sat there :yeshrug:

My chest area is getting smaller. All my new bras are now on the last hook and the shoulder straps are loose. The coat I'm wearing is loose around the boob area as well.
