I'm at 275lbs hoping to get up to 315 soon....
And this cat is bragging about hitting 315, 10 times and he already has a video proving he can do it.

Try buying a sling shot.
I was hoping for 405 by next month. I think I'm gone be straight with 350 1 time clean

My max was 390 when I benching 315 for 10. How were you planning to gain that much strength in a month? Are you on tren or something?:dahell:

I was gone ask you and @Son Goku this
I can get 315*3 with no spot or lift off
335*1 with a spot. How soon should I move up

335*1 with a spot. How soon should I move up

Lower the weight to 305 and try to get 5 reps, then 310 for 5, then 315 for 5.
Once you can easily do 315x5, your max should be around 360. Try to max out at 350 so it won’t be to hard on your body.

It’s also not good to hit 1 rep maxes often, so use a bench press calculator to estimate where you’re at.
