Another leg day today

Tried out low bar squatting but it didn’t feel right
Ain’t try to push it (did hit 90% for one rep - RPE6)

Other than that nothing really to note because doing a lot of accessory work

My form was feeling very rusty since I been deloading and avoiding crazy volume.

I was like :unimpressed: surprise surprise I’m somehow getting stronger and can’t even go further

No knee pain and I took my medication this morning :ahh:

Next leg day is Thursday or Friday

A lot of isometric holds and stretching
