Squats and deadlifts are my thing, even then I don't max out any more.
It’s unfortunately my speciality :hhh:

Wish it was Squats honestly :wow:

I stopped caring about upping my bench number like 6 years ago. Current PR is 265 at 160 for a rep in my second year of training
