Sometimes it be like that I'm at the gym right now sitting on my ass doing OHP. I'll let my upper body take over today.
Instead of applause when we tired but still make it we getting shamed for not taking powda even doe we work in the am .


Man please I felt good after my work out .


I had every reason not to go .

Forgot my gym bag so I had to go home first , it was storming and I was tired .


Still made it had a nice session .
