Last year it was 500 on deadlift by my birthday, thinking 405 on bench by August 18th
I'm getting 315 pretty decent, you got a plan/regiment for me?

Putting on another plate to your 1RM bench max in 6 weeks ain't happening big bro. Hell, it's prolly not even possible for you to do that in two years.

I'm just trying out up numbers this year. I do my catch training as workout #2 that's my cardio and conditioning. I'm anti dadbod and don't really care about getting a 6 pack shyt is overrated

As the patron saint of the injured reserve, I can say this is spot on. Even if I was consuming 300 g of protein and sleeping 10 hours, my body wouldn’t of ever been able to survive such a workload.
