Had my power lifting bro help me on my lift technique. I did 315 and it was:damn:
He said"you're stronger than you think, your doing your reps slower than you need to. It's a controlled slow rep, speed up your process(lift off to chest)"
Picked up speed and it was:whoo: He was like you could probably do 3 reps no spot but work up to it. And don't do it on #REPCITY Monday:ufdup:

Then bench

Ohp
2 sets of 10*115
2 sets of 5*135

Incline
2 sets 10*135

Lower cable chest fly
2 sets of 10*22lb
2 sets of 10*27lb
Couldn't do decline because these lames was taking all day doing half rep sets of 95lb

Farmers carry 3 times 40 yards back and forth holding the big wheel(45 lb)
