Usually I switch out the tank top and put on a t shirt when I go to the store coming from the gym. Im not big on a lot of attention and I feel like a show off. Every now and then I stay in tank and it's crazy how everyone has a comment\compliment. Feels good though. Today I ran in Walmart for like 5 minutes and had two people comment on my physique. shyt is starting to go to my head :pachaha:

Idk man, this ankle healed but always gets a lil funny from time to time.

I don’t think I’ll be able to do soccer 3-4x a week this summer like I planned. Maybe 2x might be my limit.

Never giving soccer up :ufdup:. Still focusing on the gains, running Lyle McDonald at least 2 more times this summer.

You got any other recommended plans I can look to after running Lyle's plan again?

Soccer 2x a week + Lifting seems fine to me. My cardio is walking now since I moved offices.

Your main recommendation has been to bush soccer and just lift. I lift, but I gotta play ball breh.

But if you ain’t got any plans all good, lemme see what Body Building hittin for. The Lyle McDonald plan was actually a really good one, hence me running it back.

First actual deload in almost ten years. Prolly wouldn’t of been in this situation if I deloaded after 7 years
