*Either that or these Door Dash dudes are really shytty at delivering. I didn't find the drink that was supposed to be there too.

I'll never hate on folks eating McDonald's (unless they're fat) but that's some :flabbynsick: shyt (to me) when you can't hop in the whip and go less than 4 miles down the street to get your own food.



I had grits, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, sausage patties and made cinnamon rolls. Didn't go to the gym and flexed yesterday's workout to today. I think I took it easy enough.

had to fall back, but now i'm back on a modified grind. got to exercise for simple fitness over the next few months, can't go heavy or go hard. trying to figure out the best approach to high volume light weight - splits so at least the muscles can get worked more or full body? also gotta keep workouts to about 45 mins (including warmp up)
