had to fall back, but now i'm back on a modified grind. got to exercise for simple fitness over the next few months, can't go heavy or go hard. trying to figure out the best approach to high volume light weight - splits so at least the muscles can get worked more or full body? also gotta keep workouts to about 45 mins (including warmp up)
