But on a serious note, I'm between weight classes and don't like cutting water to 198. Rather bulk up to 220+ and cut down to 100 keys for game days.
Plus 198 isn't that big.People irl call me swole but they must have low standards.
And I didn't forget to factor that in. Eating that much consistently without resorting to fast food can be tough, but it's the only downside of being a fast burner. That, and the constant hunger.

That's how I gained a shyt ton of weight over pandemic. Like it would take a week of hard work for me to get the weight down.
