So what’s the purpose of wanting to up your caloric intake?


Is it to gain weight?



Only thing I’m trying get at. Is that if you’re calorie counting, don’t forget to factor in your BMR as well as the calories you burn in the gym. I imagine for you, it’s gotta be high.

But on a serious note, I'm between weight classes and don't like cutting water to 198. Rather bulk up to 220+ and cut down to 100 keys for game days. :manny:


Plus 198 isn't that big. :dame: People irl call me swole but they must have low standards. :pacspit:


And I didn't forget to factor that in. Eating that much consistently without resorting to fast food can be tough, but it's the only downside of being a fast burner. That, and the constant hunger.

That's how I gained a shyt ton of weight over pandemic. Like it would take a week of hard work for me to get the weight down.

Not that often. I also don't gain weight simply by eating certain foods. :francis:

I've been in the same 10 pound flux since at least 2018, barring random events like field training.

I ain't never seen an oat or an almond with breasts, so how did they get milk from them? :wtb:

One cup of almond milk has almost half the calories of whole cow titty milk. I'd have to drink even more to get the same benefits. :snoop:
I just do lactose free.


Havent had any problems since.

Absolute no MAN should be consuming soy milk though.

@Yinny is woman, is not a powerlifter, and is presumably smaller than I am. She prolly doesn't understand the skinny breh' struggle. That almond and soy crap is for vegans, weak motherfukkers, women, and the birds.

Cow's milk with secondhand sterons in it is one of the GOAT bulking foods. Drinking it in large quantities does get old fast though.
