So what’s the purpose of wanting to up your caloric intake?
Is it to gain weight?
Only thing I’m trying get at. Is that if you’re calorie counting, don’t forget to factor in your BMR as well as the calories you burn in the gym. I imagine for you, it’s gotta be high.
Ofc. What other reason could there be besides ultimate gains in size and power?
But on a serious note, I'm between weight classes and don't like cutting water to 198. Rather bulk up to 220+ and cut down to 100 keys for game days.
Plus 198 isn't that big. People irl call me swole but they must have low standards.
And I didn't forget to factor that in. Eating that much consistently without resorting to fast food can be tough, but it's the only downside of being a fast burner. That, and the constant hunger.
