My soccer game this Saturday was lacking (it's a bigger field and far more intense level of play). Outside of cutting more weight, I do need to up my cardio. Was feeling a bit gassed with about 20-30% of the game left :yeshrug:

Ole "Bend It Like Beckham" ass nikka. You need to give up this "soccer" thing and focus on lifting.

Your cardio only needs to be good enough for you to be able to swim to save your life, pass a fitness eval without worry, and to be able to take in the #Powda and not die.

Anything else is excessive. :ufdup:

Hey my friend is curious how many exercises a day, should he do for a upper / lower body split.

If you could recommend a sample routine, that would help him out as well.

If only twice the caffeine yielded twice the gains. (It also helps that I never liked coffee, tea, or really even sodas -- especially the dark ones. :mjpls:)

I should be able to get down to a single serving of #POWDA and a cup of coffee in the afternoon by the end of summer tho
