Yeah see I’m tired of the same old. I’m thinking of trying it for a month or two. I got the funds for it. I mean a meal I need for a week, is the literally the same cost as a night out on the town. ($157)

Had been considering this so I can avoid eating fast food, undereating, or mass meal-prepping shyt myself.

Took a look at all the major ones. :scust: All the food looked like shyt I wouldn't actually eat or the prep-time or cost per meal was longer than I'd spend if I did it myself. All of the major services are catering towards fat loss (read: fat people) so the "meals" are low-calorie as fukk.

Have never used DD or Uber Eats so I don't know those feels.

And it's not necessarily that all the meals look like crap, but you can tell these services don't cater to brehs that's tryna bulk, pun intended.

Most people that are skinny don't get it but eating enough to maintain (or even gain) mass can be difficult if you have a GOAT metabolism and are active, especially if you try to do it clean.

Yeah, the junk food tastes good but it's also much more calorically dense than eating tilapia, rice, and broccoli, etc.

Low-key I might have to get back on my gallon of milk a day kick - or at least half a gallon.

Morning workouts have been clutch. Definitely feel more focused throughout the day. I think it’ll put me in a position to be more productive in a way to increase my income significantly.

Google the 5 Day Row variant.

T3 is Pendlay or Bent-Over Rows following the T1 scheme on Mon and Fri and the T2 scheme on Weds. (So it's 8,6,4,4,4,5,6,7,8+ on Mon; 6,5,3,5,7,4,6,8 on Weds; and 5,3,1+,3,5,3,5,3,5+ on Fri. I add three singles after the 1+ on Fri.) :whew:

Open to high-calorie food suggestions that aren't fast food. :ld:

Muhfukkas talmbout roast chicken, broccoli, and rice can :camby:. I'd have to eat 12 cooked cups of rice to match the caloric content of 3 and half pounds of pasta. :deadmanny:

I wish I can do early morning workouts..my actual full routines before I sit down at my desk to start work
