I need cardio. I sit at home all day. The weight training in the gym I do ain’t cutting it. And it’s not a matter of me not going hard enough in the gym (:dame:)

So my summation is that I sit / lay down too much, so that another form of me being active, is cardio.


Plus I’ve noticed vascular results from doing heavy cardio.

Get a jumprope and headphones

It's the easiest return of investment when it comes to cardio

  • Lower end of effective range of Beta Alanine
  • Whole lot of creatine for a pre (it’s fine if you’re not getting any from a gainer or something else)
  • L-Cit is inferior to Cit Malate; overdosed at 10 vs. 6-8g
  • Also seems overpriced at $2.34 a serving.

Eating out at restaurants is the worse.

I always gain a pound or 2 afterwards.

Then I have to work hard to eliminate the caloric deficit.

Profile looks awesome for a daily driver at first glance. :ehh:
Then I pulled up a PJ label and took a screenshot to do a side-by-side comparison. :whoa:

It looks like the PJX has less sodium (1/23rd), more nootropics (375mg), pine, 2.5g more betaine, and an effective dose of beta alanine (while the PJ is underdosed).

Only things I could nitpick with the PJX are the black pepper being at 5mg and not 10, and the price is basically what I pay for a serving of weight gainer. :picard:


That serving size is bigger than a scoop of my whey. :mjlol: I could prolly still dry scoop it. :ohhh:

But if you got the cash like that, by all means. :hubie:


SN: When not using Butchmade™ I'm tempted to just use Pre-Jym and add some beta alanine to it until I find the perfect pre.

I used to add betaine to my intraworkout drink, but it dried my mouth out and I didn't notice a difference with recovery. The extra nootropics and pine may not provide any noticeable benefit either.
