I need cardio. I sit at home all day. The weight training in the gym I do ain’t cutting it. And it’s not a matter of me not going hard enough in the gym (:dame:)

So my summation is that I sit / lay down too much, so that another form of me being active, is cardio.


Plus I’ve noticed vascular results from doing heavy cardio.

Maybe I'll be there one day but that much cardio isn't getting done after a lifting session for me.
Might try to build up to that much on "off" days, and spit it between walking/running/cycling to save the knees. :jbhmm:

Folks be giving up equipment that I'm not even tryna use. Dudes be asking me if I'm using something on the other side of the gym before they touch it. :deadrose:

Unfortunately squat racks are limited at my gym and in the past 5 or 6 years, every novice lifter has decided that they want to do quarter squats for an hour. I don’t have the patience for that shyt.

Or worse the bicep curlers in the power rack area.


Mofos don’t start to Clear out, until I getbon a power rack and they see me loading up.

once they see my first warm up set of squatting 3 plates atg, no quarter, they scurry from the power rack area.


Point is, I don’t have time for that shyt. I just like going when @No1 is there.

Back when I was on bytch status I had the same issue. Now that I'm on bull status I don't have that problem.

It's so bad that folks usually avoid using "my rack" in the afternoons and take note when I don't show up. :mjlol:

Being about that gym life and knowing The Whey are not innate phenomena: if we assume folks know what they're doing, we will continue to be disappointed. :francis:


Had a young cac at work once tell me, @The Butcher, and Lord Protector of #Powda, that taking breatine is dangerous if you don't work out right after taking it because it id an "accelerant" and will damage your heart. :mjtf:
