:mjlol: I don't want to type up my whole life story but long story short I have been between as high as 250 and as low as 110. This is a healthy medium compared to the extremes I been going through
What is your goal now? Just wondering where fasting fits in.

A fleeting childhood
On a more uplifting note, I purchased a 4lb tub of #POWDER (max pro elite)

taste wise it’s okay, I was using water to mix it

#POWDA wise I copped a container of Kinetic preworkout which is supposed to be more centered around focus over pump via nootropics

just to mix it up :hubie:

What is your goal now? Just wondering where fasting fits in.
Right now I want to put on muscle but still have the flexibility to continue practicing yoga. I was just remembering that at one point I wanted to conpete in a marathon before covid came through as well.

The fasting wasn't something I was doing to try and enhance my fitness. I first started fasting because I couldn't eat much anyway and my digestion was really slow. These days I'm just trying to be more mindful about what I want vs what I need and I feel like fasting helps with that

I don’t see how fasting (limiting calories) is going to assist with lean muscle gain.
