Fasts are a good way to train your stomach to prepare for a low cal diet. I feel fuller on low cal meals after a fasting, compared to just switching it up right away. That’s just my body though

Since I'm never on a low cal diet (:hhh:) I guess I'll keep eating 3+ times a day.

Canceled my 24hr membership they increased my membership without notice.

I think I'm going to hit up LA Fitness, I have been hearing good things about them
I’ve had em for a few years. A lot of locations, basketball courts, racquetball courts, saunas and pools were the selling points for me. I previously had Golds which was only weights.

Cancelled that bish, signed up through USAA, and now I'm saving 15-20 bucks a month. :takedat:

Depends on what he’s eating at 3PM but that’s pushing it.
So today I had squash, zucchini, mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes avocado, kale and black rice. Sometimes i would also have some seeds, nuts, or hemp powder but didn't feel like it today.. Two smoothies as well. Im 5'9" 140 pounds. Im also vegan if that matters

But yeah I'm reading what yall are saying and im taking it all in. I want to use this year to really build a good foundation to work from so I appreciate all the input :salute:

Funny enough my numbers are equal or slightly less than when I was only at golds :mjlol:
