Worked last night and felt oozy all day, so I just stayed home and did pushups and biceps/triceps


Feeling sore but hey I didn't waste a full day

Officially started lifting before cardio today, I like how I felt lifting though I was winded a little quicker on the treadmill.

Been lazy as fukk these last too days. But my gym only having 2 power racks for its size is disgraceful. :rudy: (couldn't even do deads on my back day).


Gotta do shoulders tonight, then 2morrow is squat day :merchant:

got complimented by some old white woman yesterday in the cardio room after i finished doing my warm up sprint on the treadmill..talmbout she's watched me over the past couple months and i looked really great...nice when someone notices your hard work:thumbsup:

I started the Insanity last week. The first day I was gassed as hell, but the program isn't too bad, really. I had pretty good wind after about 3 days of it. The buildup to the end of each workout is fun though
