Imma be honest, I don't think beginner women should weight train any differently than beginner men.
@dora_da_destroyer once brought up the point that women can handle more volume than guys, but that point is moot IMO when talking beginner full-body weight training routines and not intermediate/advanced splits.
Whenever I trained ladies in the gym I always had them do generic noob programs: All Pros, ICF/SL 5x5, etc. I'm of the mindset that until folks can squat, bench, and deadlift basic weights with non-cringeworthy form, all that other shyt (hours of isolation exercises, 50 different machines) is for the birds. fukk you doing 10 sets of kickbacks but can't squat your bodyweight to depth for?
Compound lifts move the most weight in the least amount of time. Seeing those numbers go up and seeing the physical changes from compounds should be enough to get them hooked. What the hell is the benefit of hitting a muscle group a day if you're only showing up a few times a week and neglecting the other groups anyways?
Once lifting becomes a habit and they understand basic things like movement patterns, agonist/antagonist muscle groups, creating caloric deficits, etc., my work is done and I leave them be and they can do whatever they want.
