Yeah I probably wasn’t. Probably needed to eat more, sleep more or something. But 4 is my sweet spot. But I’ll do a 6 day PPL just to change up a bit… but not for a long timeOh, I know.
Like I said, just say you weren’t recovering properly lifting 6 days a week.
If a 6 day PPL split was bad, imagine skwatting 10 times in one week.
