Yeah I probably wasn’t. Probably needed to eat more, sleep more or something. But 4 is my sweet spot. But I’ll do a 6 day PPL just to change up a bit… but not for a long time

boy was a clown.... putting yourself into kidney failure by injecting some sort of experimental drug, then start experimenting with pig's iron this year in an IV drip to help "clean your system"....... but you gonna be scared of a covid injection..... :stopitslime:...... and still denied yourself being put on kidney dialysis to help you live....... can't make this shyt up... :heh:

i ate so good on vacation.....my goodness....im going to take a couple more days to shake off the jet lag and resume gym activities on prolly wed...i can go back to lifting again too :ohlawd:

i did workout on vacation.....my hotel had a nice gym with good equipment

This dude here on squatting 10 times a week..... while I'm over here :lupe: about adding a second squat day in a week on the program I'm gonna run.....

Prolly gonna take a rest day today. This will be my third of the month. Might change my mind and send it anyways (very likely).

Muscles feel fine, knees are a little :upsetfavre:, CNS is :ehh: status. I should prolly go grocery shopping so I'm not constantly hungry. :snoop:


Still training for a gym full-power meet/ physical challenge (

Took two rest days for the month of February. :ehh:
(Will try to go at least 30 times this month. :hamster:)



Rotating the three squats (low-bar, front, and high-bar) is less specific but seems to cut down on overuse injuries. :ehh:



Pulled sumo in the SBD belt today. Hopefully my deadlift will be peaked for this expo in March. :ehh:


I'll be adding both extra beta alanine and a full dose of citrulline to this Red Vapor. :demonic:
