You've also assumed I lifting during normal business hours. What happens when it's a holiday or 3 o'clock in the morning? :usure:
Pull your truck up to the back emergency exit and prop the door open while you blast music from your vehicle

@The Butcher For the Lyle McDonald's plan, if I can't finish a full set of unassisted pull-ups (4 x 10) should I work with assisted pull-ups in the interim?

Also, say for BP I do 225 for 3x6, but on the 4th set I only get like 2-3 reps in. Should I drop to like 215 until I can fully do 4x6, or just keep trying on the 225lbs.

No, you should do pulldowns until you're strong enough to do normal pull-ups.

And where did you see 4 x 10 for your vertical pull at? :skip:

As for bench, you should have picked a weight that would allow complete the required reps and sets and only increased it once you were at the top of the rep range.
:snoop:

EDIT: Just figured out I bought Chicken breasts instead of chicken thighs :mjcry:

Good looks on the bench. With 220 I’ll complete the rep range at 4x6, but 225 I struggle with that last set

Good looks on the pull downs. I found the plan online. I think it was lift vault, but I may have copied some of the sets down wrong (fat fingers). I’ll check again.

And yea, they were boneless and skinless (dry and flavourless :francis:)

Think I’m going to finish this week and either 1 or 2 more full weeks of

2 leg days (squatting + accessories)
1 pull day ( I have been doing bb rows but has been aggravating my finger so might back off)
1 push day (no compounds)

before I jump back into nSuns.

PR’d on squats today :myman: 315x2

Physical therapist is :salute: at my recovery (week after my pins were removed was able to fully bend my finger w/ no pain) and gave me the green light for everything… still :lupe: at when I finally jump back into deadlifts… wondering how the adjustment will be there.

I'm gonna give away game right now, but they don't need to be either. bake sheet with parchment paper, a lil sprinkling of salt and crushed black pepper, and the key ingredient dab over the top with a lil coat of olive oil and BAKE, not broil for 40mins tops.... and you will be good.....:obama:get creative after you master that
