Lifting 4 times a week is superior to 6(I was doing (PPL). After a week of 4 on an upper lower split I’m already increasing weight. Rest days >>>>

Don't say 4 is superior to 6 as if it's fact, just say you were under-recovering.
Like it's not folks increasing weight on a PPL split after a week.
My main split when not squatting everyday (today will be 10 days straight btw) is an Upper-Lower done 6x a week, and I've been known to throw front squats on top of the upper body days at times.

Like I said, just say you weren’t recovering properly lifting 6 days a week.
If a 6 day PPL split was bad, imagine skwatting 10 times in one week.

Just recovered from being sick, 2.5 hour chest day
and decided to go run 5 or 6 miles after just to tell that bytch ass virus I thought my cardio would have been trash but even after lifting that 6 miles felt like nothing 
Only went home because the sun went home first

My current split right now. I increase the weight by 5 every workout until I hit a plateau which I would then deload and use my micro plates
people need to understand the term ‘junk volume’
my motto in life is less is more and that definitely holds true(for me) when it comes to weightlifting
