Thinking about going calisthenics only for March & April just to see what the results are.

I remember when he went viral almost a decade ago. The roids weren't the issue per say but more so he was on that Rich Piana tip with outrageous dosages, and no discretion + arrogance about the outrageous dosages.

God best the dead but he was proof of Genetics mattering, because dude was juiced to his eyes, and his body looked like crap lol

Lifting 4 times a week is superior to 6(I was doing (PPL). After a week of 4 on an upper lower split I’m already increasing weight. Rest days >>>>

Don't say 4 is superior to 6 as if it's fact, just say you were under-recovering. :yeshrug:

My main split when not squatting everyday (today will be 10 days straight btw) is an Upper-Lower done 6x a week, and I've been known to throw front squats on top of the upper body days at times.

Never said you can’t increase weight on a PPL. It just seems like a faster progression when you have adequate rest days. :yeshrug:

Just recovered from being sick, 2.5 hour chest day :blessed: and decided to go run 5 or 6 miles after just to tell that bytch ass virus :umad: I thought my cardio would have been trash but even after lifting that 6 miles felt like nothing :deadmanny: Only went home because the sun went home first :umad:

My current split right now. I increase the weight by 5 every workout until I hit a plateau which I would then deload and use my micro plates

people need to understand the term ‘junk volume’

my motto in life is less is more and that definitely holds true(for me) when it comes to weightlifting
