New gym goers got it easier today.

They have access to quality protein at the local CVS...

I remember having to go to a supplement store to get decent protein supplements.

The only thing they had was nasty ass and high sugar, body fortress at local stores

Now you get ON and a variety of decent brands, at a decent price.

They also have legit mass gainer.

No excues.

The Lyle McDonald plan is very good, the only thing Ima switch up is one of the Lower body days. Swap out one of the squatting days for DLs (I love my DLs breh, I can't let em go :wow:)

Other than that, it's very good. Essentially looking to ensure I hit the whole body over the week while I'm cutting weight. When I get closer to my true fighting/goal weight I'll look for a plan more so focused on body recomp.

Of course, soccer is still gonna be there :blessed:
