Which again has no direct correlation to calorie burning.

I never said burning calories gave me runners high I said walking incline for 45 min and the last 15 min gave me runners high :yeshrug:
But like I said can't find any articles on the 45 min one but I don't think a doctor would hit me with bro science :mjlol:

I was talking about the doctor.

Doctors generally don’t know much about nutrition and training unless it’s a specialty area. They might take some unit of study on it in school and never circle back to it. Studies and data change all the time and they likely aren’t staying up on it :manny:

There’s a reason conditioning coach and physician are two different jobs.

SN: Is ole buddy sure the doc didn’t say or mean “burn fat” instead of burn calories? Cause both anaerobic and aerobic activity burn calories, that’s one of the main reasons folks do them.

Pins came out on Monday. First day of PT was today (I’ve seen doing “leg” days 2x a week this past month - hack squat, reverse hypers, extensions leg curls leg press ect.)

cardio stepped up nice and lost weight.


Doc: “bone healing nice your in a great spot”

me: :smugbiden: “so how long till I can grip a barbell” :birdman:

doc: hmmm bout six weeks

me: :childplease:…….:to:


Hit an first upper day afterwards using the bottom of my palm (hammer strength press, dip machine pull down ect)


Think ima chill cause after I got my medical bill leaving the gym :huhldup:

Felt good to feel the power of hate running through my veins today though:mjlit:

Cardio gang down bad

Achilles’ tendon acting up reduced to a crawl

but I met a lovely lady trainer who gave me the protein recs

can’t do vegan anytime soon need strength chicken and spinach
