Weekends are my long cardio days. I cycle to work on the weekdays (15-20 mins each way) so I pretty much only focus on lifting at the gym.

It’s a good balance so far. :ehh:

Woke up and said I was gonna take another rest day but I seen a strength levels video by Jeff Nippard and I need to hit advanced lifts by January 2023 :damn:(my ten year anniversary of lifting weights)
10 years and not even advanced. My boi Alphadestiny did it in 5. Yet you stay on my < 3 year on and off ass:mjlol:fukk it let’s be gym pals and motivate each other:ehh:
