I miss my turbo kick classes. I don’t see cardio kickboxing at any of the gyms in dc. I’m tired of traditional cardio exercises
Been trying get on a more consistent cardio regime with my Pelton. Once you hit 30, you definitely need to do cardio
Its all about consistency.
I had a relatively flat stomach until I was around 29 1/2. And I didn't do any cardio, just lifting was enoughI'd argue well before that even.
But I know I shouldn't play around with not doing cardio anymore, because a mini gut started to form regardless of how hard and consistently I lifted.
