I can't wait till the actual league starts cuz I just don't understand this masking thing with my Saturday group. If virtually everyone is vaxxed then why are we wearing masks to play...outside at that :why:

I miss my turbo kick classes. I don’t see cardio kickboxing at any of the gyms in dc. I’m tired of traditional cardio exercises :mjcry:

There's this kickboxing studio at PG plaza (metro accessible too), idk if they're still open but you can check them out. I think it's one of those ilovekickboxing studios

Been trying get on a more consistent cardio regime with my Pelton. Once you hit 30, you definitely need to do cardio :lift:

I had a relatively flat stomach until I was around 29 1/2. And I didn't do any cardio, just lifting was enough

Then all of sudden, I really started to pack on pounds. Even while working out. I can't slim down for shyt.

I legit jumped from 190-196 to 210-215, over a 3 month period.


I don't look fat or anything.

But I know I shouldn't play around with not doing cardio anymore, because a mini gut started to form regardless of how hard and consistently I lifted.

Yea, I think once you get closer to late 20s you wanna focus on being as lean as possible, especially with the way the American diet is set up.

That’s why I’m really looking to ratchet up my soccer game to 3-4x a week.

What are some good guides for arm workouts? I want to be jacked - silly but can diet in any way shape or form augment that?

about to join a tennis league have to buy new racket, I do much better and more consistent at interactive exercise as far as enjoying it

“Jacked” is a broad term but simply put if you want bigger muscles you will have to eat in a calorie surplus to fuel that grow.

No, can’t afford that I’ve always had to emphasize cardio. I’m closish to where I want to be overall but

triceps are a problem (strength but no muscle/spread). What kind of time/frequency lifting or pure lifting/pushups/pulls best impacts that?

Trainer showed me some good workouts that I use never enough info
