That's not really a workout, it's a list of 4 exercises (and it's only 13 sets).
Interesting, for chest I am for 5-6 exercises, 5-6 sets and 6-10 reps. What’s the lowest number of sets before it being a proper workout? By my count I aim for at least 25 sets of chest related exercises…
Really gonna have to start doing cardio in a separate session; just don't have enough chakra right now to be lifting for three hours and running more than a mile or so.

Front Squat (ATG) is getting stronger. Prolly another 2-3 weeks away from a PR.
Overhead Press is definitely taking a back seat to bench but we're only 20 pounds off on that.
