I lost twenty pounds of the weight I gained during the pandemic. :blessed: I have 15 more pounds to lose to get back to 185. I'm proud of myself :ehh:

My bad for misunderstanding you. I was eating food loaded with carbs. I was ordering Mexican dishes, barbeque meals with baked beans and potatoes salad, Cuban dishes, etc. Uber Eats made a load of money off me during the height of the pandemic :mjlol:

I was really talking about the last two. I didn’t mean to include pull-ups in the list. Also that’s not the whole workout

And my point still stands: Lat Pulldowns and T-Bar Rows aren't redundant.

If your PPL split has less than 20 working sets you're workout really isn't shyt.

If it has less than 40 :ufdup:.

Low volume and PPL have no business being mixed (since frequency is already fairly low).
