Can I get a quick rundown on pre-workout and what it’s best for? Any particular combo of protein % I should consider? I can go in the store but I’m a dazzler for sales and up selling!

What does your current training consist of?
Combo of protein%?
Biking, light swimming, low intensity high weights (~45/50 lb) and running. Goals are loss and tone?

I don’t even know how pw is packaged I should abstract to-any essential ingredients to seek out or avoid?

Based on that I don't see why you would use Preworkout. At its core its a kick in the butt to get you going for lifting. Caffeine is usually the main ingredient so it doesn't really fit your current activity, at least not in the sense of jumping on it now IMO.

I see you're bike! :gladbron: Long time no see.

1) Idk of any pre's with protein in them.

2) That #POWDA is best for lifting heavy weights for multiple hours.

(Caffeine, beta alanine are scientifically proven to increase strength, endurance (respectively), and caffeine and citrulline malate reduce fatigue.)

^This.

Quite frankly you're not lifting heavy enough to be needing the #POWDA, and I never take it before cardio (except a PT test). :whoa:

You'd essentially be wasting your time and money (roughly $1.50-2.00 a scoop) taking it for those benefits.

Also consider that many ingredients in the #POWDA will raise your blood pressure, which you are also doing by doing cardio.
