Brehs, I need help slimming my waist down.
I've been doing calis for the past 2 months, muscles have gotten bigger, I feel a LOT better being active, and I can even SEE my abs now through the waist fat. But my waist ain't shrinking like I need it to.
Any suggestions that I can try?
If your goal is fat loss and you're not doing some type of medium-to-high intensity interval cardio training (tabata, jumping rope, sprinting, bike sprints, erg sprints, metcons, etc.) on the regular (3-4x a week), you fukked up IMO.

Also note that since you cannot spot reduce (choose where you lose fat from), the waist might be the absolutely last thing to go, especially for guys. (Fat distribution is based on hormones and genetics.)
