Yeah once you find a brand you like you gotta double down.Been working out for some time now.
I'm picky about the T-shirts I wear. Some shirts fit much differently than others. Some may "run big" and don't really accentuate your build....even though they are the exact same size.
Y'all know what I am talking about.

Manage to cram my 3 hour leg day into 2 hours b4 the gym closed and got my 13 sets of squats in
My lower back is still fried from 3 days ago
Mine stays fried. shyt feel like hamburger meat.
Still squatted.
I went for a PR and on that last rep my back said
I preceeded to go front squat 6 sets
Im crying like a bytch in the car but i bet this drive thru boutta make me feel brand new
