Starting my cut today. Im gonna try the Insanity program. Ive bulked up to 190, i wanna optimally try to get into the 170s by the end of it just in time for summer
start a newer cardio/calisthenics routine tonight then i gotta box...i just hope those steak nachos i had last night don't affect me lol..im going to be sore as a bytch im sure but spring is right around the corner..soon ill be able to show off my hard work
Is that just for energy or a preworkout protien supplement? I can get amped to workout so I never used any preworkout stuff. I grab a banana and some water and I'm good to go.
