Starting my cut today. Im gonna try the Insanity program. Ive bulked up to 190, i wanna optimally try to get into the 170s by the end of it just in time for summer

How do you tighten skin? Ive lost a few more pounds, but now skin(arms and stomach) is hanging.

Excited to get to the gym today, gotta pick it up on the cardio. I can feel its about to warm up, almost time for this work to pay off

Worked out yesterday :win:

I did 15 mins on the stairmaster thingy and did arms and chest. I had a great work out and look forward to going back tomorrow.

start a newer cardio/calisthenics routine tonight then i gotta box...i just hope those steak nachos i had last night don't affect me lol..im going to be sore as a bytch im sure but spring is right around the corner..soon ill be able to show off my hard work :boss:
