Secondly, I don't C&J or snatch because Oly lifts would provide nothing to my training (I'm not an Oly lifter or an athlete).

For reference sake I totaled 1,350 last Saturday and was at least 10-60 pounds off of PRs on every lift. Didn't even bother to record them shyts since we weren't broaching new territory. :unimpressed:

Still managed to scoop this even though I wasn't peaked, ate no dinner, had only normal #Powda, and signed up at the last minute and got about 5 hours of sleep. :wow:


OHP is only sitting in the 185-190 range rn.:mjcry:

Had a less than stellar workout today

To be fair my bulking cycle was 7 years lol

starting to feel like I gotta get back to the basics

A lil footage from yesterday sparring session with these army guys. They tried the ol man but I wasn't going. 1st was this young kid that did BJJ and I made him tap to a neck crank. Next was the guy behind us and he was a kickboxer. He head kicked the fukk outta me but once he realized that he ain't had enough power to knock me out, I just kept tearing up his legs and using my reach. 1 to the body, then swept his leg and choked him out. Lastly is Cam a 1st Sgt and we changed the rules because nobody wanted to stand up anymore so it was supposed to be grappling. He stood up trying guillotine me and when he couldn't lock it in, I took his legs. They cut the video off before I made him tap to a kimora/wrist lock. But that's me yelling SMESH to him
