To be fair my bulking cycle was 7 years lol

starting to feel like I gotta get back to the basics

The basics are squat, bench, dead, row, press. As long as you got those, you're good. :win:

My current bulk has been going on since April/May 2016. :mjgrin:

Only cut once (Mar-Apr '16). Now I'm YBN NeverCutAgain. :wow:
