Prejym is cool but I consume a lot of caffeine so sometimes it ain’t feel like it was hitting

You need to combine it for the first time on a day when you fully rested and play a crunk playlist while attempting PRs

What’s up coli fitness head man I recently started a new job and I don’t walk as much daily on average I use to walk anywhere from 5 to 6 miles a day each month I’m down to about 3.9 or less. I still keep up with my weekly runs once a week but I notice my abs arnt hitting like they use to. Idk if it’s my diet or just not upping my cardio. My diet is still the same. Should I add more cardio days? I usually do3 to 4 mile runs. Or add cardio to my lifting regimen like riding the bike after my workout?

At least get the jump rope in if you not up to the running

Bout to start taking Animal Cuts as I get closer to the end of my cutting cycle.

After I knock out the last day of Insanity month 1 tonight, I have a recovery week next week and the week after is month 2 where shyt start getting serious

combine that with those supplements and my calisthenics program and I should look godly in 5 weeks :wow:

then October is when i start picking up weights again :banderas:
