So i did some google searching on what it is but im still confused, i guess its good for carb loading?

This the stuff i need to learn because all i do is eat like a fat b*stard and hit the gym as hard as possible :yeshrug:

It basically is a fast-digesting carbohydrate so it provides quick energy like a sugar without being sugar. (Still a high GI food source.) :ld:

I like adding it to the Red Tincture® because it's hard for me to go 3+ hours without food while awake. Combining that with BCAAs provides a limited feeling of satiety. :feedme:

They was out #POWDA1 and had no timeline on coming back in.
Pump your brakes, lemme try it out for a few

:mjlol:

Run outta #Powda, brehs, like you didn’t know you were getting low. :francis:

3 boiled smoked turkey tails and a bowl of cauliflower rice and 2 bottles of water that's it for the day

:scust:

Some #PowderBoyz were meant to suffer apparently. :mjcry:

What’s up coli fitness head man I recently started a new job and I don’t walk as much daily on average I use to walk anywhere from 5 to 6 miles a day each month I’m down to about 3.9 or less. I still keep up with my weekly runs once a week but I notice my abs arnt hitting like they use to. Idk if it’s my diet or just not upping my cardio. My diet is still the same. Should I add more cardio days? I usually do3 to 4 mile runs. Or add cardio to my lifting regimen like riding the bike after my workout?

3 to 4 mile runs sound like LISS. LISS is actually :trash: for fat loss. I'd either cut a run or two and add in a HIT session or two.

Also, are you lifting? :usure:
