Dude is obviously strong enough to know how to program, but I wonder how much his dead woulda gone up if he had just squatted every day for 50 days? :jbhmm:


Might try something dumb (but effective :whoa:) like this the next time I have a Push/Pull powerlifting meet.

(The one in October was canx. :sadbron:)

That 315 went up smooth as butter, 2nd rep i didnt think i went down far enuf so i stopped mid rep went down further and that bytch still went up smooth, eating like @The Butcher and my weight has barely budged

I had McDonald's as my lunch. Will prolly do a mass gainer shake on my way to the Yym. (Pronounced "YIM").

You must also add 63g of maltodextrin to your Gatorade G2 and BCAA mix. :ohlawd:
