on a side note, my push day yesterday was brazy. Ended up hitting 85s on db press without any pain in my wrist, sleeping ten hours and waking up sore

I hate when I'm in the zone running and all of a sudden the stomach wants to start up and bubble.. then you either have to race to the bathroom or risk have an accident. Inconvenience




I ate these damn crackers today that @The Butcher swears are good for me and had gas all through my workout tonight. I couldn't even catch my breath on reps cause I kept getting that gassy feeling in my stomach and esophagus
