So it’s been a min I’m posted in here but I started the year at 219

I’m now 185 I lost muscle but I’m the trimmest I ever been

I’m now planning a strength routine




Congrats on the weight loss but it sucks that you loss lean mass.

Is this the strength routine or you got something else lined up, cause all I saw was cables and Steve Smiff machines...:patrice:

Nah this ain’t the strength routine

what actually happen is i had been doing two jobs at once for awhile

I started to do intermittent fasting and weight just came dropping off

but wasn’t able to really stay with a strength routine I’m finishing off this conditioning routine I been doing to get myself ready
