I do a lot of outside cardio on local football field and tracks. Lots of high intensity sprints and runs.

Anybody know a good circuit I can do after I do after my dynamic warm up to help my core/belly?

Undershot my calories prolly by a good 1000-1500 yesterday and went to sleep early last night, missing dinner. :upsetfavre:

I got in 8 front squat singles before my knee said :camby: and then I had to pull 17 conventional sets (mostly triples) on fumes.
