Quit LA Fitness now they opened a few Crunch Gym's locally. Better Equipment and cleanliness.
My local LA's bathroom looked like the movie Saw
I have access to a few private gyms, but as far as the commercial gyms, I prefer Crunch, plus it has 6 racks with platforms. Been there for a month now, no regrets.

It’s all based on the people that run it. The la fitness I used to go to renovated part of the gym to put in astroturf so people could do sled pushing etc and everything was taken care of
The one I go to now has the sauna out of commission every other month
They added all that to my local LA, even remodeled it (everything but the bathrooms), yet they ran it like it was the Carter from New Jack City. I have pics of the bathroom floor covered in filth and dirty water, smh.
Unfortunately I did not want to drive to the other locations. They build a few new Signature and fancier clubs, but I have to go out of my way to get there. The one near my chick still has all the old equipment, which is better than the stuff in the newer gyms.

Out of all the commercial gyms I've been too(all except Equinox), LA Fitness was the dirtiest out of all of them
. And from what I've seen, they had cleaning staff which made no sense

I'll take your LAF and raise you Anytime Fitness.
Not only are all but one of them I've been to absolutely filthy, but the equipment is lacking and most only have 1 squat rack.
(Mine has two.) One out in Texas I went to only had a Steve Smiff machine.

24 hr fitness gotta be the shyttiest gym. You might be ok if you got a new one in a nice area, but most are disgusting from the equipment/exercise area, to the locker room and most definitely the showers and wet area (pool/sauna). I don’t even know how/why people used those amenities there
