Gonna wait 4 years to fw sarms. Did my research and 25 seems like a safer age for that shyt and the harder I lift the more I’m ok with natty gains…for now:ehh:

What is your training like now?
Still on a beginner full body program cuz the national guard been activating us heavy so I never got to get through one program. Squat is 285, bench rn is 155lbs:mjcry:, and deadlift is 265lbs:mjcry:. I’m cutting now so I imagine when I bulk those will all go up

And no disrespect to my guards bros but I personally know hella AD brehs (CONUS and OCONUS) that have mad gains.

I honestly don't think ops tempo is your problem. :jbhmm:

I’m 183. And Lol @ bolded, we weren’t getting sent to bases with gyms and amenities, the last activation we had some leeway and some freedoms but the most part we all had to sacrifice gains each call up:mjtf:You didn’t see them guard bois in DC sleeping in the parking lot? Only been on 1 state activation where we had our own setup and didn’t have to rough it out for months :mjcry:For the wildfires we literally sleep outside in tents and not a gym in sight, AD is way different than the guard :russ:. To answer for deadlift I didn’t do them the first time I started the program cuz I didn’t trust alphadestiny, but now I do, canada cac knows his stuff:wow:

I was in the sandbox with 2 guard units but :yeshrug:. Also, not having access being at makeshift places =/= high ops tempo but as we say, "Any place. Any time. Anywhere".

Yeah, not having weights on a 'deployment' is rough but that's when you have to get creative. Concrete weights, buckets of cement, cinder blocks, water-filled weights you bring with you...

I can tell your unit isn't as creative as some folks I've ran across. :wow:

I just peeped the program and it looked vary mid, I can potentially see why your numbers may not be higher. I wouldn't have a buddy of mine run it but to each his own. :manny:

You were on them legit deployments then. State shyt for the guard they work us like slaves and no days off except last call up, nikkas in the food banks were washed after the 2nd week:russ:. I hear about them legit deployments from my boi and he said all they did was lift weights, smoke cigs, and get drunk so I can see how y’all had time for that:jbhmm:

Imma give my boi alphadestiny program a few more weeks cuz he got that Naturally Enhanced book out for intermediate natty lifters, supposed to be some legit shyt in there:wow:.

In any case, moving forward you may want to find a new program if you are interested in having respectable numbers. His programming choices for novices seem silly to me.

Box squats? No 5x5s @ 85%? TB DLs instead of straight bar? Direct arm work but little back work?

I been on and off. I figure when I’m a full civilian I would hop on some sarms and hit the gym hard asf, I didn’t hit the gym for a month after we got back cuz I was paranoid we’d get called up again and mess with my progress again :mjlol:. Still might fw sarms next year or give it til I’m 25 as planned, saw a YouTube video of some 18 year old on a sarms cycle and if he took it and ended up ight then being 21 ain’t too bad:patrice:. Not really chasin lift #s either, wouldn’t mind using machines to build my physique either like the YouTube guys, not tryna have shyt joints by 30:russ:

More reason why you need to hold off on using PEDs. You lack so much knowledge, you don't even realize it. You really should do more research than just watching some Youtube vids. No need to rush, it's a lifestyle change not a quick fix. You talking about having shyt joints by 30 but are willing to do more damage to yourself by hopping on PEDs:francis:
